The brewing foundation module is suitable for both the home brewer and the barista working in a specialty coffee shop serving manually brewed coffee (non espresso)

1 Day. A light lunch is included or you may do your own thing.

Requirements: None, but completing the Introduction to Coffee is preferred and it would make sense to have this knowledge before embarking on the Foundation course. If you have not completed the Introduction to coffee it will be expected that you have a basic understanding of coffee/ perhaps have done some background reading.
